We rely on Royal Mail to deliver all our parcels on our behalf and whilst we will do our absolute best to deliver your order on time, delivery times are aims and not guarantees. We can not offer refunds for missed/late deliveries that are beyond our control, however, if you believe that your order is taking longer to arrive than expected, please contact us within seven days of placing your order and our customer service team will look into this further for you.
