We do everything we can to make sure that your order arrives to you safely and within our estimated delivery time frames. If you believe that your order is taking longer to arrive than expected, you must contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we can look into this further for you with our courier to find out more information in regards to your delivery. We will then contact you with an update about your delivery once we have concluded our investigation. If contact is made four weeks after your initial purchase, we can not look into this further as Royal Mail only operate within a four-week window to contact them in regards to missing mail, so we advise you to contact us ASAP.
