The UK has just recently left the European Union which may cause some delays with parcels arriving to you which is unfortunately beyond our control. Delays may be down to a number of things such as your parcel being stopped at customs, couriers missing deadlines for pickups or customs charges being applied to your parcel. If you believe your parcel is delayed, we advise you to get in touch with us and we can look into this further for you to see if there is a delay with your delivery. If you live in the UK, there shouldn’t be any delays with your order at this time and you shouldn’t be affected.
