If you would like to return your item for a refund, the cost of sending the item back to us must be covered by yourself within 30-days of receiving your order. Please include your original invoice within your return so that our warehouse team can identify your order when it arrives back. Our returns address is also located on your invoice included in your parcel. If you do not have this, you can also include a return note written by yourself and this must include your order number so as to not cause any delays with your return.

Once we receive your return. it can take between 5-7 working days to be processed. it will then be inspected by our warehouse team and refunded back to your original method of payment. We will also send you an email confirmation once your order has been refunded.
