If you would like to return your item for an exchange, the cost of sending the item back to us must be covered by yourself within 30-days of receiving your order. Please include your original invoice within your return and fill out your returns form that you'd like an exchange, including information about what size you'd like instead so that our warehouse team can identify your order when it arrives back and process your exchange. Our returns address is also located on your invoice included in your parcel, if you do not have this, you can also include a return note written by yourself.

Once we receive your return. it can take between 5-7 working days to be processed. it will then be inspected by our warehouse team and exchanged for you. We will also send you an email confirmation with a new tracking number inside once your order has been exchanged and sent out. We can not exchange items for other items that are cheaper or more expensive than your original item due to system limitations. If this is requested, your return will be refunded. if you’d like to exchange your item for another item that is a different price, we will refund you for the item and you can reorder the item on our website. The cost of resending your exchanged item will also be covered by us. We will send your new item out on a 48-hour shipping service which is a 2-3 working day delivery timeframe.
