If you have sent your order back to us for a refund, it can take around 5-7 working days for our warehouse team to process your return and refund your returns once they arrive back. If you have sent your return back to us and we haven’t refunded your order within this time scale, you must contact the courier you used to send your items back for a resolution as we can not get involved with returns that have been sent back to us as we have no visibility of these.
