If you have paid for an order by credit/debit card, it can take banks around 3-5 working days to credit refunds back into your account once we’ve processed a refund for your return. If the recommended time scale has passed and you haven’t received your money, you must contact the payment provider you used to place your order with us, as we have no visibility over refunds once they have been processed on our system. Other payment providers may also take longer to provide refunds, and this depends on their processes and systems.
