You've sent me the wrong item

In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item from us, please contact us immediately and include your order number, the name of the item you haven't received, the name of the item you have received (this can be found on the swing tag) and clear photographs of the item you've received. Our customer service team will then look into this as quickly as possible for you.

We can then arrange for the correct item to be sent out for you and we may ask you to return the incorrect item. We will also email you a pre-paid returns label to return this item. If you choose to return an incorrect item of your own accord, we can not refund any postage costs that may incur.
