What happens if my item is out of stock upon purchasing?

If an item you’ve ordered from our website is out of stock upon purchasing, we will contact you via email to notify you. We will then offer an exchange or a refund for the item in question. If an exchange is selected, this must be for an item of the same value as the out of stock item as we can not take extra payments for the difference in price for an item or process partial refunds for items selected that are of a lower value. If you would like a refund, we will process a refund for the item back onto the original method of payment and have the remainder of your order sent out for you once this has been processed if there are outstanding items on the order to be processed.
