My item has arrived faulty, what do I do now?

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team immediately and include your order number and a clear photograph of the item and the fault as soon as possible and we can arrange for your item to be replaced. We can also sometimes process refunds based on the severity of the damage or offer store credit instead. We never ask customers to return faulty items to us as It causes more inconvenience for you, but we will do everything we can to make sure that we can find a resolution for you. If you choose to return a faulty item to us, we cannot under any circumstances refund postage costs or offer credit for these and these will be paid for by yourself should you choose to do so.
