My order has been cancelled, why is this?

In the unlikely event that your order has been cancelled, we would ask you to contact our customer service team and we will look into this further for you and provide further information. Most cancellations of orders are due to them being flagged by our system as potentially fraudulent. If your order is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our system, it will automatically be cancelled by our system and we can't bypass this as it's an automatic safety process.
