We can cancel any orders that haven't already been processed by our warehouse team. If your order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel your order and it will be sent out as we are unable to search for orders in our warehouse due to the large volume of parcels our warehouse team process on a daily basis. You can however, return your order to us for a refund once your order is delivered to you.
