COVID-19 has had an impact on all of us from small businesses to individuals in some way. We are working closely with all of our employees to ensure they are supported during this pandemic in any way we can. We take pride in supporting our employees and we will always strive to make sure they are safe at all times. During the pandemic, employees have been asked to work from home where they can, if they don't need to be in the office. The only exceptions to this rule are employees that can not work from home including warehouse operatives and critical roles who must be physically within our office. This is a very small percentage of employees who are strictly following official advice to uphold social distancing and strict hygiene regulations.

All employees temperatures are checked upon entering the building and they are provided with their own hand-sanitisers, face masks and gloves which are worn at all times. We're also cleaning and sanitising more often including any items that are sent out in orders. No employees are permitted to enter our warehouse or other office spaces unless this their own workspace to ensure safe social distancing measures can be followed.

No members of the public or non-employees are permitted on-site at all under any circumstances in order for us to minimise contact with other people and keep our employees safe. We are also asking our employees to self-isolate and to not come to work if they do experience any symptoms of COVID-19 for a minimum of 14-days as advised by the UK Government.

We understand that delays are annoying, but we really appreciate your patience during this difficult time. We will always work our hardest to make sure that you have the best shopping experience as possible and that we support and protect our employees o the best of our ability.
