We know that purchasing items online can be tricky and items can sometimes be a little different when purchased online from what they’re expected in person, which is why we are more than happy to offer returns for all of our items, whether it be that your item doesn’t fit you to it just doesn’t suit you for a refund or an exchange. If you'd like to return your item to us for a refund or an exchange, this must be sent back in a resellable condition, unworn, in the original packaging and with the original swing tags attached as these can not be replaced. If your item returns to us in a non-resellable condition, we can not process a refund/exchange for it and the item will be sent back to you. Refunds will also be processed back onto your original method of payment and can not be transferred to another payment method or be replaced for credit.
We offer 30-days for a refund or exchange from the date your order arrives to you, any returns after this can not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. We cannot notify you once your return has arrived back to us as we send out and receive 1000s of parcels on a daily basis, however, we recommend that you use a tracked/signed for service with your return as this will enable you to be able to track the progress of your return. We also cannot take responsibility for lost returns and we cannot refund orders that don’t arrive back to us. You should be able to contact the courier you used to send your order back to us and they may be able to offer compensation for lost/damaged parcels.
